That chia pudding life! Basic go-to (not)recipe: 3 T chia seeds + 1/3 c full-fat coconut milk or yogurt, 2/3 c almond milk, 1/2 tsp honey. Spice up how you like...my favorite stir-ins are cinnamon, vanilla, and cardamom. Mix thoroughly, refrigerate overnight, and in the morning add toppings of your choice. Bazinga.
