Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add red pepper flakes, white wine and the clams. Once clams are cooked, remove from pan and toss in pasta with a bit of the pasta water. Let pasta simmer with the clam juices and wine for a few minutes. Return the clams to skillet and top with fresh parsley. #notcontest
