Hummus: all in a blender put peeled garbanzos, garlic cloves, olive oil, tahini paste (if none put peanut butter and some seSame oil), lemon juice, salt and pepper and dash of paprika
Tomatoes: fresh tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper
White bean dip: Saute white beans, bacon, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend warm with cream cheese
