#notrecipe creamy coconut oats. Start with old fashioned oats and add enough coconut milk (I go for the full fat kind - so creamy dreamy) until it looks soupy - this will absorb. Add some chia or hemp if you like. Let it sit overnight and top with fruit preserves or roasted fruit. You can sub any milk substitute for the coconut milk and add spices. My version has cinnamon and is topped with blueberry preserves and roasted pears.
