The key here is your liquid to dry ingredient proportions: 6 cups dry to 1 cup liquid so that all dry ingredients are coated before roasted to give you a crunchy, clumpy granola. Liquid should be 50% sweet (maple syrup, honey) 50% fat (olive oil, always!). Everything else is up to you - oats, nuts, seeds, coconut. Be sure to add dried fruit after baking low and slow (300 degrees for about an hour) until warm and toasty and smelling like heaven!
