How long did you bake them for? And what is coconut oil syrup?

I don't bake the bars, I just bake the ingredients beforehand (oats, seeds) the coconut oil syrup is 115g brown rice syrup, 55g coconut oil, 10g water and 50g brown sugar cooked to 105-110C (depending on how chewy you like your bars) with a candy thermometer.
