Gluten and grain free pizza dough - equal parts arrowroot, sweet potato flour, coconut flour. Add aprox 1/2 cup each oil, water. Add whisked egg. Add spices (this time I used salt, garlic, basil, oregano). Topped with tomato sauce, cheddar cheese and roasted spicy carrots. (Zero waste, too. Aka everything was bought packageless/from the bulk bins, etc.)
