Layer leftover roast pork loin, good deli ham, pickles (using sandwich slices here) and Swiss cheese on whatever crusty bread you have in the house. Don't forget the mustard -- yellow is traditional, but anything you've got is fine. I used my grill pan (with the sandwich weighted down with a heavy skillet), but any frying pan situation will do, as long as you press it down.
