Breakfast salads are a longtime love of mine. Especially on days when you're feeling the wine from last night, the peppery arugula will bring you back to life. This one, a huge handful of arugula with olive oil and lemon juice. Top with a fried egg, avocado and some grain (this one has leftover sorghum). Too with flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
