Farro pasta and lentils... Make a soffrito of onions, carrots, and celery, allow to soften in lots of olive oil with some anchovies and salt. Add lentils, stir, cook for a minute or so, add water to cover by an inch or so, salt, and cook for about 8 minutes, add more water, bring to boil and add some farro pasta, cook until done.
