1 scoop of vanilla protein, 1 frozen banana, 1/4 almond milk, 1/4 frozen berries, 3 ice cubes, handful of spinach, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Mix all together and top with 1/2 Combat protein bar (or one of choice), ground flax seeds and fresh blueberries
