Today's #notsaddesklunch, roasted #brusselssprouts, panfried red Russian #kale, green beans, puy lentils with a maple-mustard dressing. Add big handfuls of herbs - parsley, chives and mint.

To make the maple-mustard dressing, dry fry 1 ts yellow mustard seeds, 1 tsp brown mustard seeds until they pop. Add to a bowl, and add maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, extra Virgin olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
