Blend up biscoff biscuits with butter, milk powder and sugar. Set in the tin. Melt dark chocolate and butter. Whisk eggs and sugar, pour in melted chocolate/Butter mix. Add. Flour, salt and cocoa powder. Pour in double cream. Pour on to base. Cook for 30 minutes. Spread with biscoff spread and top with biscuits.
