Cook pasta according to package. Sauté mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and garlic in coconut oil with Italian seasoning. Prepare meatballs with Italian seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs. Form balls and place on parchment paper. Pour sautéed sauce mixture over noodles and top with shredded mozzarella and provolone. Bake at 350•F for 30 minutes.
