How do you make the broccoli flatbread?

Preheat oven to 400… small broccoli bunch, including stalks with tough exterior removed (387 g), 'riced'… add 2 scoops unflavored protein powder (46 g), 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (10 g), 1 tsp dried spices (I used a cajun blend), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, smoked salt, pepper… stir… make a well in center, crack in 2 eggs… whisk eggs with a fork, moving outward toward edges until combined… pour batter on silicone mat or parchment lined baking sheet, spread to uniform thickness… bake 20 min until edges golden… cool completely, slice with pizza wheel, & peel lining away
