Macerate chopped berries (whatever is in season) with coconut sugar and a splash of grand mariner
Whip a tub of marscapone, thinned with a touch of milk, with powdered sugar to taste. (I only like a slight sweetness so I usually do very little sugar)
Either bake or buy your favorite shortbread cookies
Right before serving spoon berries onto plates, top with a generous helping of cream (seriously this cream is insane. I eat it on everything). Garnish with cookies and some fresh mint! Enjoy!
