Bite Sized Bavarian Pretzels

1 pkg active dry yeast
2 T water
1 1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
1 T brown sugar
4 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Melted butter
Baking soda

Dissolve yeast and brown sugar in 2 T water. Add remaining water. Add salt and flour. Kneed until well incorporated, no need for dough to rise. Roll out into strips and cut into bite sized pieces, score.

In a saucepan, add 2 T of baking soda for every 1 cup of water used. Submerge dough pieces approximately 10 seconds, place on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter and top with salt. Bake in 400 degree, preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
