I made a batch of sushi rice in my Instapot (love it!). I added some rice wine to give it some flavor. I had some leftover roasted broccoli, so I threw it on the rice with some sesame seared tuna (marinated in sesame oil and soy, then crusted with sesame seeds and seared in a cast iron skillet). I added diced cucumbers, scallions and another sprinkle of sesame seeds before I served it. Next time I'll whip up some chili garlic aioli to spice it up a bit! It needed a bit of a kick.
