Overnight Oates! Made with equal parts rolled Oates, Greek yogurt and unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Tossed some chia seeds in and one squeeze of honey. Left overnight. This morning I tossed banana and half an ounce of dark chocolate medley in it.

About 350 calories per bowl.
