Swiss Chard Potatoes
Boil cubed potatoes until almost fork tender, add chard stems and cook, add chard leaves and cook until wilted and everything else is tender. Drain, put all in a pan with olive oil, garlic, anchovies, salt, red pepper. Smash around until everything is coated and smushy.
Grilled vinegar chicken
Marinate chicken pieces in olive oil, vinegar (red wine or balsamic), lots of salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and dried oregano. Grill.
