Home made almond milk!
Soak one cup of almonds in water overnight. Drain and blend well with four cups of water. Strain through a fine mesh or nut milk bag. If you want to flavour it (dates, vanilla, cinnamon etc) return to the blender and blend in extras well. Top up with additional four cups of water, or to taste (depending on how creamy you like it) lasts 4-5 days in fridge. Leftover pulp is great in brownies!
