Super Crispy Skin Roasted Chicken
Brush the chicken with melted butter and season well with salt & pepper inside and out.
Prick a lemon all over and put inside the cavity of the chicken, add crushed garlic cloves and a bunch of fresh herbs - I used rosemary.
Preheat your oven to 175 degree celsius and cook your chicken for 80minutes.
Don't forget to baste the chicken! I fo so every 30 minutes or so.
I usually eat the whole chicken with my boyfriend in one night, we serve it with mixed greens and I love adding a salsa verde with it. Bon appetit!
