-Cook black rice as usual, BUT in chicken broth. With sea salt rocks.
-Place salmon filet in a piece of foil, season with cayenne, paprika, garlic, s&p, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap tightly and bake for 20 mins on 400.
-Dice grape tomatoes, red onions, lime juice, corn, s&p, garlic, and like. Chill.
-Blend 1 avocado with 1 c Greek yogurt and chopped chives. Salt for taste.

-Layers: "pico" on avocado cream sauce on salmon on rice.
