Quick Brown Butter and Asparagus Pasta
Cook pasta to al dente
Slowly brown a good chunk of sweet butter (I used kerrygold)
Lightly cook trimmed asparagus in salted boiling water.
Add cooked asparagus to browned butter, drain pasta and add to pan.
Toss, and serve with salt to taste and lots of fresh pepper.
*fresh grates Parmesan is great on this too but I was out!
