Tomatillo Salsa Verde ?

Broil 6 tomatillos and 1 poblano for 6 minutes, turning over half way through. Remove stem and chop poblano. Toss into a sauce pan with oil, 1/2 cup diced red onion, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 lime juice, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Purée with a big handful of cilantro.
