Cook lobster in a large pot of seasoned broth with leeks and tarragon. Cook pasta in the same lobster-y briney delicious bath. Meanwhile sauté a chopped shallot with butter and white wine. Add cherry tomatoes, pasta, tarragon and dash of cream, letting it all simmer and come together for a minute before adding the delicate lobster.
