Ina Garten's broccoli rabe is the way to my heart: sauté sliced garlic in EVOO over low heat, remove with a slotted spoon once golden brown. Add in cut broccoli rabe and cook, covered, for about 5 minutes. Add back in the garlic and loooots of fish sauce (my touch). Eat straight from the pan.
