Asparagus soup •••
coconut oil, garlic, sweet onion, asparagus roasted in a skillet until bright green. Vegetable broth, dried thyme and ginger, and a little red pepper flake for heat. Simmer until stalks are tender, and throw in food processor. Lovely on its own, or serve with quinoa mixed in!
