Bake a potato and scoop out the insides and mash them up with some milk and butter. Sauté together some ground beef with chopped onion, chopped carrots, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper, adding water as needed to loosen it up. Pack the potato skins with the meat mixture, top with mashed potato and bake at 400 for 25 minutes until golden. Eat!
