I'm starting the day off right with a delicious smoothie! The base consists of my own mix of rolled rye flakes, steel-cut oats, buckwheat groats, and flax seed. I add black sesame seeds into the smoothie along with cocoa powder, coffee beans, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sometimes I add a few mesh oil dates depending on the sweetness/ripeness of the upcoming bananas. Once it's soaked and softened overnight in water, I blend the whole thing until smooth then add 2 bananas and 2 more cups of water. I love this breakfast so much.
