Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (water or almond/soy work too)
1/4 of an apple cut into small cubes
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: raisins, nuts, chia seed and/or flax seed
Mix ingredients together in a microwaveable cup or mug.
Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Let cool for 5 once cooked.
I topped it with a little bit of vanilla yogurt.
Makes 1 serving
