this is my absolute fav meal for either breakfast, lunch or dinner..I'm an avocado enthusiast? all i used was two slices of ezekiel sprouted bread with mashed avocado topped with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper! You can also add hot sauce on top for those you think avocado has no taste!
