Saturday mornings are better with biscuits!!! In to your favorite mixing bowl pour in one cup whole flour, one cup white flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Cut in half a stick of super cold butter then pour in one cup of buttermilk. Stir with a wooden spoon then use your hands to work in all the flour. Pat out, cut (with a biscuit cutter or juice glass), bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
