Simple seared cast iron Salmon Filets with Cajun spice. Butter lemon. Shallot and caper sauce. Sear on both sides for color. Then bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sauté shallots in olive oil and butter. Add capers and juice of 1 lemon. Season.
