Cauliflower crust pizza! You steam the cauliflower florets, squeeze all the water out, and mix with Panko, egg, seasonings of your choice, and cheese to make the crust. After pre-baking the crust, finish with toppings. In this case, I made some pesto, then topped with fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheese.
