Easy dinner rolls
2 hours total time

1 pkg dry yeast
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 cup warm water
3-4 cups all purpose flour

2 Tablespoon melted butter
Fleur de sel

Combine all ingredients with 3 cups flour. When combined and sticky in mixer slowly add last cup and kneed for 5-10 min in mixer till smooth. Cover dough in oil lined bowl and rise till double.
Punch dough down and with oil hands break off golf ball or larger size pieces and make rounds. Place on parchment lined sheet pan. Cover and let rise

Preheat oven 400. Bake 12-15 min till golden brown and sound hollow.
Brush while warm with butter and sprinkle with salt.
Can be frozen for 3 months or use in 5 days in sealed container

Makes 12 rolls
