Founding Farmers Cornbread

2 tsp Canola oil
2 eggs
3/4 Cup Canned, cream-style corn
3/4 Cup sour cream
1 1/3 Cups Corn bread mix
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 1/4 Cups Frozen corn

Preheat the oven to 300°. Use one half teaspoon of the canola oil to coat the pan and place them in the oven for 10 minutes. Combine the wet ingredients (Oil, eggs, cream corn, and sour cream) and mix well. Then combine the dry ingredients (cornbread mix, salt, sugar, and baking powder) in another bowl. Add the dry into the wet and fold gently, then add the frozen corn. Put the batter in a cast-iron skillet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
