Squid pasta! I sautéed an onion in olive oil followed by two large cloves of garlic and two sadly wilted serrrano peppers sitting in my fridge. Simmered that in a box of Pomi tomatoes then add the squid and simmer very low. Meanwhile cook a pound of linguine. When that's done add a cup of pasta water to sauce, drain the pasta and let it simmer with the sauce for as long as you can stand before the aroma overtakes you. You could add capers to the sauce but my dining companion isn't into them.
