Have never fully understood the handle on this bowl but love it the most/best regardless. Eyeballed this pesto (garlic, broccoli stem skins, sharp provolone, and pine nuts to a mash in the blender, plus handfuls of basil and lots of evoo, whiz again), added it to two types of noodles lurking in small quantities in the pantry. Lots of pasta water, obscene amount of salt.
