Spicy Salted Pork

Marinate pork butt (or shoulder) in rice wine, while preparing batter.

Batter:
Flour
Cornstarch
5 spice
MSG
White pepper
Oil
Water

Coat pork in batter and fry in oil. Set aside on paper towel.
Remove oil from wok after frying.
Toss chopped Thai bird chilies, Serrano peppers, garlic, and onion into wok. Add pork chops, salt, and toss to coat.
