These carrot fries may look fancy, but they're as easy as peel, spice, and bake.
Simply preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Peel a bunch of rainbow carrots, toss in some grapeseed oil (or the oil of your choice), then sprinkle on some sea salt, za'atar, and sumac. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisped to your liking. Serve with tzatziki or rosewater tahini sauce: simply mix together some tahini, a splash of lime juice, and a teensy tiny dash of rosewater- very scientific measurements I know, but this is a #notrecipe after all! #notacontest #notcontest #norecipe
