Equal parts corn meal and flour to get you to 2 cups. Add 2tsp baking soda and 1tsp salt. In a separate bowl whisk 1 c buttermilk or whole milk with lemon and 2 eggs. Add wets to the dry and whisk in 3/4 cup melted butter. Don't overmix and pour into a buttered ceramic or glass baking dish and bake for 40 at 350!
