Potatoes (peeled, cut)
Spices: salt, pepper, chili pepper flakes, oregano, basil
2 cups water
half a brick of cream cheese (cut into pieces)
Pre-heat oven to 400•F
Place chicken in the middle of roasting pot. Place onions, garlic, potatoes and carrots around chicken. Sprinkle over each spice to your liking and place pieces of cream cheese on top of chicken.
Baste chicken every 30 minutes until done.
