Balsamic Glazed Asparagus
1 lb asparagus spears
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1.Arrange asparagus spears on a baking sheet.
2.Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.Bake 400° for 12 minutes or until tender.
4.Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes until lightly browned.
5.Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
6.Drizzle over asparagus spears tossing well to coat.
