Sheet macaroni with butternut squash and pepitas

Whole wheat bow tie pasta, cooked al dente
Grated locatelli cheese
Butternut squash, cubed and roasted at 375

Butter a sheet pan
Toss bow ties with cream, salt and pepper
Lay in sheet pan
Bake at 475 for 15 minutes
Layer butternut squash and pepitas on top

Served with roasted broccoli on top
