Carrot, fennel, chard, tomato and asparagus layered into a Chinese sand pot with 3 pats of salted butter. A little water and then cover to cook on med-low till cooked through, about 20 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. I had a hard time choosing filters. Martha? Bourdain? Chang? I chose #Julia.
