Tahini Miso Dressing over rice noodles with shiitake, broccolini and red cabbage.
Prepare rice noodles of choice, sautée/stir fry shiitake, add cabbage followed by broccolini in a combo of coconut and peanut oil. Season with gf Tamari, coconut aminos and sesame oil. In a separate bowl whisk together white miso with tahini (I did 1 part miso/2 parts tahini) a splash or two of rice vinegar and a splash of hot water to help bring it all together. Toss noodles with veggies and pour this addictively yummy sauce on top! Eat!
