Parmesan crusted salmon with roasted brussels sprouts!

Tossed some brussels sprouts in olive oil and garlic powder and had them begin roasting while preparing the salmon. Then coated the fish a mixture of gluten free breadcrumbs and freshly shaved Parmesan (and also added some minced kale for color since I realized I forgot to buy fresh parsley ?). Turn down the oven and added the salmon to roast on a low heat, finishing off with the broiler to toast the top!

How long did you toast ? At what degree
