Simple vegan bowl of morning porridge with almond milk, caramelised banana, blueberries, almond butter and topped with linseeds. Great for when you need a filling breakfast and fast. Simply put porridge oats in a bowl and cover with water, microwave for 3 mins. While they're heating, slice a banana and throw into a pan over a high heat. Allow the slices to caramelise for a few minutes before turning them over. Once the porridge is cooked, add the blueberries and banana, pour over the almond milk, drizzle the almond butter and top with a spoon of linseeds. Enjoy!
