Next Saturday I'm throwing a 20-person late-Easter brunch, so I'm doing it by taking baby steps. Closest to the window is a Julia Child's Pain Francaise (flour, salt, water and baker's yeast) and the other one is a triple batch of Hokkaido Milk Bread from @tworedbowls (??), which I made by running out of flour and having to add a few tablespoons of fine rye and whole wheat flour. ?
Can I call it "rustic" if it also contains milk, eggs, heavy cream and butter? #Baking
